Wedding Planning Stressing You?

I remember my planning process last year. I had some good days but I can't lie I had some major stressful ones.! So I took a chill pill on a as needed basis, lol. My chill pill came in different forms, here are a few;

  1. Pray for direction
  2. Listen to music
  3. Take a nap to clear my head
  4. Talk to fellow Brides who could understand
  5. Take a step back and realize marrying my husband should be my major goal and success!

PS: Whatever you do, do not take a real pill under EWAM's prescription. Please see a real doctor for that :)

EWAMHowHeAsked: Nicole LePore & her Virginia Beach Proposal Story

This section of EWAM is like my baby, I get to hear the most heartfelt love stories and proposals and they just make me all "awwy." As usual, I suggest you fellas grab your pen and paper and take notes! Nicole, an EWAM follower on Instagram has decided to share her Virginia Beach proposal story with us...
My fiancé and I live in NJ. We saw that the nearest Toby Keith concert would be in Virginia Beach and I was upset because I really wanted to go. To my surprise, Kevin had already bought two tickets for 10th row seats, and was planning a whole vacation around it. He booked the hotel right on Virginia Beach and we went down for five days. The first night we got there, we went exploring all day, and to a yummy seafood restaurant at night. We came back to the room and got changed and ventured out to the boardwalk. It was so dark, the only bright lights were the boardwalk signs and the stars. We walked down to the beach, let the water come up to our knees and just chatted and enjoyed each others company. He was holding my coat and said, "I'm tired of holding your coat, why don't you hold it?" I was shocked because I wasn't sure why he would say that. Before I knew it he threw my coat down and as I turned around he was on one knee in the sand. I was in shock. Before he even got the words out, I was already balling my eyes out! He told me how much he loved me, and what our relationship meant, and told me that everyone knows, and now he was ready to ask me to marry him. I said yes of course!! My family and his family knew about it for months, and I had no idea. It was the best surprise and the best vacation! The next day we saw Toby Keith, our first concert as an engaged couple - it was so wonderful and memorable!

Wishing Nicole & Kevin a happy and stress free Wedding planning and most of all a blissful marriage!
